The AlphaFold database holds over 200 million protein structures

The AlphaFold Protein Structure Database, run by Google DeepMind and EMBL-EBI, states on its home page that it contains “over 200 million” predicted protein structures, providing broad coverage of the UniProt protein database. It launched in July 2021 covering the human proteome and roughly 360,000 structures, then expanded by more than 500-fold to near-complete coverage of catalogued proteins.
