The Humane Ai Pin was discontinued within a year of launch

The Humane Ai Pin launched in April 2024. On February 18, 2025, HP announced it was acquiring Humane’s “AI platform Cosmos,” its team, and “intellectual property with more than 300 patents and patent applications” into a new group called HP IQ. The Ai Pin device itself was discontinued, less than a year after it went on sale.
