Executive Order 14110 of 30 October 2023, “Safe, Secure, and Trustworthy Development and Use of Artificial Intelligence,” was revoked by Executive Order 14148, “Initial Rescissions of Harmful Executive Orders and Actions,” signed on 20 January 2025 and published in the Federal Register on 28 January 2025 at citation 90 FR 8237. The order’s disposition notes explicitly list EO 14110 among those rescinded.
