Our Work
What We Have Built
Production systems, open source tools, and platform applications. Everything here is real, shipped, and running.
We believe the best way to evaluate a consultancy is to look at what they have actually built. This portfolio spans 38 years of technology work -- from enterprise systems that run 24/7 in casino environments to modern AI-powered development tools used by developers worldwide. Every project listed here was built using the same disciplined approach we bring to client engagements: clear requirements, solid architecture, rigorous testing, and a relentless focus on delivering outcomes that matter to the business.
Portfolio
Case Studies
Two companies built to acquisition, one active. Casino operations, facial recognition, AI process mining -- and ongoing agentic development work. Each case study details the challenge, the approach, and the measurable business outcomes delivered.
Explore >Reddit Apps
Custom Devvit applications, moderation tools, and community automation built on Reddit's Developer Platform. These projects demonstrate our ability to build production applications on emerging platforms using agentic development methods.
Explore >CC Toolkit
CC Director for session management and 19+ CC-Tools that extend Claude Code into documents, email, web, and desktop. This is the infrastructure that powers our agentic development workflow and is available as open source for the community.
Explore >Open Source
The tools we build for agentic development are open source. We use them every day, and so can you. Our public repositories demonstrate the quality, documentation standards, and development velocity that the CenCon Method produces.
Explore >Track Record
38 years of building technology. Here is what that looks like.
2 Acquisitions
iView Systems and Omnigo Innovation Lab -- two companies built from the ground up and acquired. Each solved a hard problem that mattered to real users. These exits were not lucky breaks; they were the result of building technology that customers depended on and acquirers recognized as genuinely valuable. Soren Frederiksen led the technical vision for both companies from founding through acquisition.
Open Source First
CC Director and CC-Tools are open source because good tools should be shared. Our GitHub shows exactly how we work, not just what we claim. These are not demo projects or weekend experiments -- they are the same tools we use in production every day. By making them public, we give prospective clients full transparency into our development standards, documentation practices, and code quality.
Production Systems
Casino operations platforms running 24/7, facial recognition at scale, AI process mining in enterprise. Every project was built for production reality, not demo environments. We understand the difference between software that works in a presentation and software that works at 3 AM when traffic spikes. That production mindset informs every architectural decision we make, whether the project is a startup MVP or an enterprise integration.
Our Approach to Client Work
Every project in this portfolio followed the same disciplined methodology. We start by understanding the business problem, not the technology wish list. Requirements are defined in terms of outcomes -- what does success look like for your users and your business? From there, we design the simplest architecture that can deliver those outcomes reliably at scale.
Implementation uses the CenCon Method: AI agents handle the volume of code and documentation production, human developers validate every decision for correctness and security, and automated pipelines enforce quality before anything reaches production. This approach means we deliver faster without sacrificing the standards that keep production systems running reliably. Clients stay involved throughout -- you see working software early and often, not just at the end of a long development cycle.
